In keeping with our formal, modern, elegant event, we kindly ask that gentlemen wear black suits or tuxes with a black tie and ladies wear a full length solid black dress.

We are unable to accommodate additional guests that are not specifically listed on your invitation or under your name on the RSVP link. It is important to us to keep our wedding personal and intimate and each guest invited is a special part of our lives.

While we love your whole family, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation and named with your name in the RSVP tab. Please only bring who was specifically invited as we have seating for exactly who is on the invitations.

YES! In addition to reserving your place at our wedding, please also make sure to RSVP to the Welcome Party on Thursday night, and the transportation from the correct property. If you or someone in your party is not utilizing the transportation or coming to the Welcome Party, please RSVP accordingly. We want to make sure we have planned properly to ensure everyone has a great experience!

We have reserved courtesy blocks at two properties in the Chattanooga area. We also have an additional property we recommend. The hotel details, as well as information on how to book rooms through the block reservations, can be found under the "Accommodations" page! The links to book the rooms through the courtesy blocks will expire and there are a limited number of rooms in each block, so guests are strongly encouraged to book early and not later than June 1.

We have arranged courtesy guest transportation to and from the venue from the Chattanooga Hotel, The Courtyard Chattanooga Downtown, and The Read House. You are welcome to use the transportation regardless of whether or not you stay at one of these properties. Please note, however, that these hotels have limited paid parking. So, if you choose to stay somewhere else and still take the provided transportation from one of these locations, you will need to find a way to and from these transportation pickup locations. **We have been advised that Uber/Lyft, etc. will NOT service the venue site late in the evening, if at all, so PLEASE make arrangements to either safely drive or utilize the transportation we are providing. If you drive, parking is available at the venue. The traffic can get very heavy and the terrain is mountainous, so please plan accordingly and drive safely. Please see the "Transportation" tab for the exact time your shuttle will be picking you up for the wedding! The transportation pickup times from each property can be found in the "Transportation" tab. The transportation will leave the venue to take guests back to the hotel properties at the conclusion of the reception.

If you are not utilizing the prearranged transportation, please make sure to arrive at 5:30 pm for a prompt 6:00 pm ceremony start time. This gives guests an opportunity to find a seat and get comfortable before the ceremony. Please note that the traffic can get very heavy this time of day. Please allow for plenty of travel time. If you have not made it to the ceremony site and found a seat by 6:00 pm, you will be asked to wait to join guests for cocktail hour after the ceremony has concluded.

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Villa at Blackberry Ridge.

Please feel free to stop by any time between 7:30-9:30 p.m. You may come and go at your leisure! Food and drinks will be provided. We look forward to seeing those that are coming in the night before our big day!
